Tour for their Future

Tour For Their Future is an 8 day cycling challenge riding from the first weir on the Mighty Murray River in Albury to where the River runs into the ocean at Sugars Beach, Goolwa SA.

This ride is from 12th – 19th March 2021 to support of The Sebastian Foundation. All monies raised will go towards funding programs in schools aimed at building resilience and mental health awareness in adolescents and developing skills they can use at the most vulnerable time in their life.

Riders will predominately follow the Mighty Murray all the way, making their way through many famous river towns such as Mulwala, Yarrawonga, Echuca, Swan Hill, Robinvale & Mildura. Riders then divert to Loxton where they cross into S.A and also catch another glimpse of the Mighty Murray.

We re-join the River at Tailem Bend before being ferried across the Murray at Wellington and follow Lake Alexandrina around to Sugars Beach where you can witness the Mighty Murray running out into the ocean. Overnight  Swag style accommodation ( Riders to bring their own swag ) will be provided at  Albury, Mulwala, Echuca, Swan Hill, Robinvale, Mildura, Loxton, Tailem Bend and Finally Victor Harbour, only 25km from Sugars Beach.

Riders will cover approximately 1033 km which is an average of 130km per day. Breakfast, riding snacks and lunch will be provided. Evening meals will be at riders expense.

This ride is not for the faint hearted, however it is an inclusive ride NOT an exclusive ride. Nor is it a race.

The cost to enter is $500 which includes a riding jersey. All participants are expected to raise funds prior to the ride departure date.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience a fully supported cycling event. Safety is paramount and pilot vehicles front and back of groups will be catered for.

With limited numbers available please register to secure your spot and support a cause that will support our kids.
